![]() Running an ASRock B450M Pro 4 micro atx, R5 3600 (factory boost speed, PBO2 enabled), 2x 8gb G.skill SniperX CL16 XMP (PC3200) RAM, Thermaltake Smartpower 600w Gold+ Certified, 49a on the 12v rail. One thing i'm curious about: GPU-Z says that i'm reaching a power limit trying to get beyond 1.1v. The AORUS engine works fine it's just a big laggy. I also link the power target and limit and raise them all the way up (this doesn't affect warranty and always gives you better performance). Careful though, adjusting the voltage will void your warranty. I find that I get much higher stable clock speeds using the curve with my GPU voltage boosted 5-25%. I really like this Gigabyte Model, the fan system kind of necessitates using AORUS engine over MSI Afterburner if you want to use the Curve OC mode. Helps that my room is probably an easy 65F and I've elevated my case on a metal stand. With all my cougars and Fractal Designs case fans tuned up, they never even turn on unless i'm playing a game. Its fans cut off when it hits 38c or below. ![]() Even with a pretty extreme overclock, and 25% high voltage, as well as the target temp and the power target being raised to 90c and 120% respectively. ![]() The cooler on this card is very impressive. using AORUS engine I managed to get my memory to 8071 (did you mean to say 1801?) or a total reading of 15Ghz up from 14Ghz stock.ĪORUS Engine Auto-OC Scan has me at 2150 boost 1.24v, averages around 1950mhz in games at roughly 0.9v-1v I have the Gigabyte AORUS 1660 Super w/ 2x 90mm alternate direction spinning fans.
